1. What booking durations are available?

We offer flexible booking options! You can reserve the meeting room for 1 hour, 4 hours, or 8 hours, with a minimum booking duration of 1 hour.

2. How do I make a booking?

Bookings can be made directly with Cookies n Dream, either online, over the phone, or in person. Payment is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.

3. Can I book the room for ad hoc use?

Yes! We welcome ad hoc bookings based on room availability. Feel free to drop by for a spontaneous session or reserve ahead of time to guarantee your spot.

4. What types of events can I host in the meeting room?

Our meeting room is a versatile space that can be used for meetings, conferences, training sessions, workshops, or other professional gatherings. However, all activities must comply with Cookies n Dream’s policies and be respectful of other guests in the lounge.

5. What’s included in the room rental?

The meeting room rental includes standard amenities such as a conference table, chairs, and access to basic AV equipment (e.g., projector, screen, etc.). If you need any special setup, please let us know in advance.

6. Are food and drinks allowed in the room?

Yes, food and drinks are allowed in the room. You can either bring your own or order refreshments from our café menu. We kindly ask guests to keep the room clean and tidy.

7. What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule my booking?

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the booking start time may be eligible for a partial refund or rescheduling. Cancellations within 24 hours of the booking are non-refundable.

8. Can I extend my booking if I need more time?

If the room is available, you may extend your booking at the regular hourly rate. Just check with our staff on availability and arrange payment for the additional time.

9. Who is responsible for the room during the booking?

The person who made the booking is responsible for ensuring that the room and equipment are used properly. Any damages or excessive mess may result in additional charges.

10. Is Wi-Fi available?

Absolutely! Free Wi-Fi is available for all guests using the meeting room. We’ll provide login details upon your arrival.

11. Can I bring additional equipment?

Yes, you may bring additional equipment, but please inform us ahead of time if you plan to bring large or specialized items. Ensure that all equipment you bring complies with health and safety standards.

12. What is the room capacity?

The meeting room comfortably accommodates up to 8 people. For larger groups, please discuss with our team to ensure everyone has enough space.

13. How do I access the meeting room on the day of my booking?
