Terms and Conditions for Cookies n Dream VR Lounge Meeting Room

Welcome to Cookies n Dream VR Lounge! Please review the following terms and conditions before booking our meeting room.

1. Booking and Payment

Minimum Booking Duration: The meeting room is available for a minimum booking of 1 hour.
Booking Time Options: Bookings can be made for 1 hour, 4 hours, or 8 hours. For full-day bookings, please specify the required duration when making the reservation.
Payment: All payments are to be made directly to Cookies n Dream at the time of booking. Bookings are only confirmed once full payment has been received.
Refund Policy: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the booking start time will not be eligible for a refund. Cancellations made 24+ hours prior to the booking start time may be eligible for a partial refund or rescheduling, at the discretion of Cookies n Dream.

2. Usage of the Room

Purpose: The meeting room can be used for various purposes, including but not limited to meetings, conferences, training sessions, and ad hoc gatherings. Cookies n Dream reserves the right to refuse any booking if it deems the intended use inappropriate.
Room Capacity: The meeting room is designed to comfortably accommodate a 8 people. Exceeding this capacity may lead to penalties or cancellation of the booking.
Prohibited Activities: Activities that are illegal, hazardous, or disruptive to other patrons of Cookies n Dream VR Lounge are strictly prohibited.

3. Room Usage and Conditions

Timeliness: All bookings are strictly limited to the reserved time slot. Any extension beyond the booking period will be subject to availability and additional fees.
Room Condition: Guests are expected to maintain the cleanliness and order of the room. Any damages, excessive mess, or misuse will result in additional charges.
Equipment: Any equipment provided by Cookies n Dream (projectors, screens, etc.) is for in-room use only. Guests are responsible for handling all equipment with care and will be held liable for any damages or loss.

4. Ad Hoc Bookings

Ad Hoc Usage: The meeting room can be booked for ad hoc use based on availability. Cookies n Dream encourages guests to reserve in advance to ensure availability, especially during peak hours.

5. Liability and Indemnity

Personal Belongings: Cookies n Dream is not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings. Please ensure all personal items are securely stored.
Damage: Guests are responsible for any damages to Cookies n Dream’s property and facilities and will be charged accordingly.
Indemnity: Guests agree to indemnify Cookies n Dream and its staff against any claims, damages, or losses incurred during the use of the meeting room.

6. Modifications and Cancellations

Changes to Terms: Cookies n Dream reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice. The most current version will always be available on our website or upon request.
Cancellation by Cookies n Dream: In the unlikely event that Cookies n Dream must cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund or alternative booking option will be provided.
